Salinas Sunrooms and Patios is a sunroom contractor serving Salinas, CA and surrounding communities in Monterey County. Our services include sunroom additions, four season sunrooms, three season sunrooms, patio enclosures, custom sunrooms, sunroom construction, sunroom remodeling, screen room installation, patio-to-sunroom conversions, deck-to-sunroom conversions, all season rooms, enclosed patio rooms, solarium installation, patio cover installation, sunroom design, and vinyl sunrooms.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project after signing a contract, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms - including any applicable fees for materials ordered or work already performed - will be specified in your signed project contract.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a project if site conditions make it unsafe or impractical to proceed. In such cases, we will contact you promptly and work with you to find an alternative arrangement.
Payment terms are established in each signed project contract. Typical terms include a deposit due at contract signing, progress payments tied to project milestones, and a final payment due upon substantial completion of the work.
Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract. Late payments may be subject to a finance charge as described in the contract.
We comply with California's Contractors State License Board regulations regarding contractor deposits and payment schedules.
Where required by local building codes, we will obtain the necessary permits for your project. You agree to allow city or county inspectors access to your property for required inspections. Permit fees are typically included in your project contract; any fees not included will be identified in writing before work begins. We are not responsible for delays in permit approval caused by the permitting agency.
We stand behind the quality of our work. Any workmanship warranty provided by Salinas Sunrooms and Patios will be described in your signed project contract.
Manufacturer warranties on materials, windows, glass panels, and other products vary by supplier. We will provide you with applicable manufacturer warranty documentation upon project completion.
Our warranties do not cover damage caused by the homeowner, third parties, natural disasters, acts of God, or normal wear and tear. Warranties are non-transferable unless otherwise stated in writing.
